This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following reliefs;
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to allot the retail outlet dealership of petrol pump in favour of the petitioner at location between km. 21 and U.P.-MP Border, towards Niwari on Jhansi-Khajuraho National Highway (NH-39, Old NH-76) District Jhansi.
B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation dated 15.03.2018 moved by the petitioner before him and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
At the very outset, Sri Pramod Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the Respondents No. 2 and 3 has stated that the representation of the petitioner has already been rejected.
In view of the above, as prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition to challenge the order passed by the Indian Oil Corporation rejecting the representation of the petitioner.
