By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court challenging a tender notice for construction of road. The petitioner's submission is that the road is being constructed on his land. In case his land is being interfered with by any authority or government, the petitioner has remedy of going to civil court of competent jurisdiction or the revenue authority. In writ petition such a direction cannot be issued. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
