Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of habeas corpus to direct the first and second respondents to produce the person and body of the petitioner's wife Ramya @ Rasathi and his minor daughter Srinithi, before this Court and hand over their custody to the petitioner herein.

For R1 and R2 ORDER (Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the second respondent to trace out and produce the detenud, by name, Ramya @ Rasathi and minor child Srinithi, wife and daughter of the petitioner.
2. Both the petitioner and his counsel are not present.
3. The second respondent, viz., the Inspector of Police, Jolarpet Police Station, Vellore District, has produced the alleged detenu.
4. Since the petitioner is not present, identification cannot be made. Under such circumstances, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
In fine this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
