Heard the counsel for the petitioners.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer, Sagari District Azamgarh, i.e., respondent no. 2 to decide Case No.92 of 2011 (Baiju & others versus Ram Murat & others).
The Consolidation Officer, Sagari District Azamgarh, i.e., respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the aforesaid Case No.92 of 2011, if still pending, within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
