The order-sheet indicates that after proceeding exparte, the Court heard arguments and had also placed the suit for pronouncement of decision thereon. Subsequently on 4 February 2019 it has been fixed for rehearing.
Bearing in mind the aforesaid background, the Court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), City Jaunpur before whom Original Suit No. 1633 of 2009 is pending is directed to ensure the expeditious disposal of the suit and preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order subject of course to its roster and earlier pending cases.
