The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed seeking direction to the Court below to decide the Case No. 7/XI/2002 (Suresh Pathak Vs. Ranjana Bansal), arising out of the Case Crime No. 828 of 1998, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Mathura.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending for a long period and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
