Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
The instant writ petition is directed against an order dated 29.04.2019 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer whereby he has allowed a restoration application filed by the contesting respondent for recall of the order dismissing appeal for default.
It appears that the restoration application was filed within time.
Under the circumstances and since the appeal has been restored, this Court does not consider it expedient to interfere.
Petitioner may contest the appeal.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
