Heard Shri Sanjay Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Anadi Krishna Narayan, learned counsel for the respondents.
Petitioner in the writ petition seeks quashing of the order dated 14.03.2017 passed by the Regional Manager, U.P.S.R.T.C., Aligarh whereby he has been removed from service.
It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a departmental appeal lies against the order impugned.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
Petitioner may seek the remedy of departmental appeal.
