The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the Family Judge, Bareilly to decide matrimonial case no. 155 of 2017 under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, expeditiously within a stipulated time.

In view of the aforesaid provisions under the Act, I am of the opinion that no further direction is required.
