The present writ petition has been filed against the orders passed by the consolidation authorities in proceedings relating to allotment of chaks.
A reading of the impugned orders passed by the consolidation authorities in the case shows that the orders have been passed with the consent of the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is not maintainable and it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is dismissed.
