Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The only prayer sought by the learned counsel for the applicant is that the trial court is directed to decide the case no. 3341 of 2005 arising out of case crime no. 369 of 1997, under Section 218 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Farrukhabad, District Farrukhabad.
Keeping in view, the trial of the applicant is pending since 2005 with a feeble progress in the trial. It is directed to the court below to take all necessary endeavour to conclude the trial of the applicant preferably within a period of six months strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the application is disposed of.
