Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vinay Saran, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Pradeep Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Om Prakash, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.80 of 2019, under Sections 147, 302, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Aunchha, District- Mainpuri with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
From the averments made in paragraph 30, the Court notes that a categorical assertion was made that the applicant has no previous criminal history. However, learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the informant have drawn the attention of the Court to the relevant details which establish the complicity of the applicant in three previous criminal cases. Since these facts have been deliberately concealed and bearing in mind the criminal antecedents, the Court finds no ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
