Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3, and perused the material available on record.
By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 17.11.2020 moved by the petitioner expeditiously within the stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
It is expected that the aforesaid representation shall be duly considered by respondent no. 2 as the case may be provided a copy of this order is produced before the aforesaid respondent within a period of fifteen three weeks from today and the same shall be disposed of by reasoned and speaking order within six weeks next after presentation of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of.
