Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner, by means of the instant petition, is challenging the election 2021, on the post of Gram Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Satalpur, Vikas Khand Sikrara, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur.
Learned standing counsel, at the outset, submits that petitioner has to file an election petition under Section 12-C of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. This fact is not being disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to take remedy in accordance with law.
