1. Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for appellant and perused the record.
2. This appeal under Section 19 of Family Courts Act, 1984 (hereinafter referred to as "Act, 1984") has arisen from judgment and order dated 15.11.2019 passed by Ms. Pratibha Saxena, Additional Principal Judge, Family, Court, Court No.2, Ghaziabad on an application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as "Act, 1955") moved by respondent-wife whereby Court below has awarded interim maintenance of Rs.7000/- per month for the wife as well as minor daughter, who is living with wife, Rs.3,000/- towards fees of advocate appearing in Matrimonial Case pending in the Court below and Rs.200/- for every date when case is fixed and she attend Court proceedings, towards conveyance and other expenses.

Learned counsel for appellant contended that he is a Class IV employee and his carry home salary is Rs.14,234/- but could not dispute that he is an employee in Ordinance Factory in Government of India and his total salary is Rs.35,620/- whereagainst he has taken some loan etc. Therefore, after deduction, his carry home salary is Rs.14,234/-. Moreover, for maintenance of two persons i.e. wife and children Rs.7,000/- cannot be said to be unreasonable or excessive.
4. No other point has been argued.
5. In view thereof, appeal is dismissed at the stage of hearing under Order 41 Rule 11 CPC.
