Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"(i) Issue order or direction directing the learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Firozabad, District Firozabad to decide injunction application 6-C in the original suit no. 286 of 2021 filed by petitioner within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court deem fit under the facts of the case."
It is submitted that the 6-C application has remained pending.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to conclude and decide the aforesaid 6-C application strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 60 days positively from the date of production of copy of this order.
Copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
