On the matter being taken up today, learned A.G.A. submits that on the last occasion, due to inadvertence it was submitted that the viscera report of the deceased has not been received.
However, it appears from the record that the death of the deceased has taken place on account of ante-mortem injuries and therefore, the viscera of the deceased was not preserved.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the hearing of the present bail application be deferred for a week so as to enable him to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the date of marriage of the applicant with the deceased and also the subsequent development, which have taken place subsequent to the lodging of the first information report dated 02.03.2018.
Put up this case as a fresh case on 29.01.2019.
