Heard Sri Lal Chandra Mishra, Advocate who has sought adjournment on behalf of counsel for the petitioners.
We have perused the order passed by another Bench of this Court which shows that while referring the matter to the Mediation Centre it was directed that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs. 30,000/- within two weeks from the said date vide order dated 12.7.2018.
We have also perused the report of the Deputy Registrar, Allahabad High Court Mediation Centre which shows that the amount required to be deposited has yet not been deposited.
In view of the aforesaid, no indulgence can be given.
Accordingly, the writ petition is being dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
