JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. It is submitted that three witness have been examined by Trial Court and they have not supported the prosecution case and the accused is in jail since 22.7.2012.
2. Counsel is permitted to move Trial Court with application for bail, enlarging the accused on bail which shall be considered on merits without being influenced by the rejection of first bail application by this Court.
3. Liberty is given to applicant to move trial Court as expeditiously as possible.
4. This application is permitted to be withdrawn due to efflux of time.
5. The Trial Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.
