Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to set aside the entire proceedings of Case No. 2572 of 2017 (Smt. Jyoti Valamiki Vs. Suneel Kharare and others), under Sections 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Mahila Thana Nawabad, District Jhansi, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Jhansi.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that applicants are ready to settle the dispute on the basis of compromise. Only notice is issued to them. Reply is yet to be made.
In view of above facts, the application is disposed of at this stage itself with the direction to the applicants to move proper application before the court concerned to settle the dispute on the basis of compromise. If such application is moved, court concerned is hereby directed to refer the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of District court concerned after obtaining the consent of other side.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
