Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Basti to decide the restoration/ recall application No.761 filed in Revision No.2071 under Section 48 of U.P.C.H. Act filed by the petitioners in the interest of justice."
It has been submitted that the recall application filed by the petitioners is pending consideration since the year 2012.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Deputy Director of Consolidation to consider and decide the restoration application filed by the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing all concerned, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order before him.
