The petitioner had retired on 31 January 2015 from the post of Technical Grade II (Vidyut) in the office of Superintending Engineer, Southern Electricity Distribution Division, Banda. The grievance urged in the instant writ petition is that his retiral benefits have not been paid so far.
Sri Krishna Agrawal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 & 5 submitted that the fourth respondent is competent to take decision in the matter.
Having regards to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order before the fourth respondent and in which event, the fourth respondent shall decide the same by means of a speaking order expeditiously, preferably within a period of next three months. The payment of retiral benefits to the petitioner shall abide by the decision that would be taken by the fourth respondent.
