The controversy raised in this petition is covered by our decision dated 11.1.2019 passed in Special Appeal No.4 of 2019 (Mamata Devi versus State of U.P. and 3 others).
Learned counsel for the appellant accepts that this appeal can also be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for the same reasons as contained in our order dated 11.1.2019 passed in Special Appeal No. 4 of 2019.
