The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 521/2016, within a time stipulated by this Court.
This Court does not find any extra ordinary reason to direct proceedings of the instant suit, being concluded within a specified time, giving precedence over other old matters pending before the same Court.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
