The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Suit No.T20171429600439 (Sunita Singh Vs. Radhika Devi) under sections 34 and 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Saidpur, District Ghazipur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Suit No.T20171429600439 (Sunita Singh Vs. Radhika Devi) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
