In view of sick note of Mr. Sojitra, learned advocate for the respondent, matter is adjourned to 17.02.2012. It is clarified that if Mr. Sojitra is not in a position to appear on the next date of hearing he shall make alternate arrangement failing which matter shall be proceeded exparte.
