4. Prasad Film Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. .. Defendants PRAYER : The Civil Suit filed under Sections 55 and 62 of the Copy Right Act 1957 & Order IV Rule 1 of O.S. Rules 1956 read with Order VII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code for the following reliefs :
1. for a declaration declaring that the plaintiff is the exclusive copy right holder of the cinematography film “KING” (Telugu Colour) starring Nagarjuna, Trisha, Mamtha Mohan Das, Srihari Brahamandam and others directed by Mr.Sreenu Vaitla and produced by Mr.D.Sivaprasad Reddy inclusive of the rights of Satellite Television Broadcast, Direct to Home Broadcast, Direct Satellite Service, Terrestrial Television Broadcast and all other rights connected therewith including exhibition of the film by means of wireless diffusion and by wire for communication to the public through Television Broadcast for the entire world as assigned in the agreement dated 10.11.2008.
2. for a permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents, assignees or any other person or persons claiming through them from in any manner infringing the plaintiff's copy rights in the cinematography film “KING” (Telugu Colour) starring Nagarjuna, Trisha, Mamtha Mohan Das, Srihari Brahamandam and others directed by Mr.Sreenu Vaitla and produced by Mr.D.Sivaprasad Reddy inclusive of the rights of Satellite Television Broadcast, Direct to Home Broadcast, Direct Satellite Service, Terrestrial Television Broadcast CD, DVD and all other rights connected therewith including exhibition of the film by means of wireless diffusion and by wire for communication to the public through Television Broadcast CD, DVD for the entire world as assigned in the agreement dated 10.11.2008.
3. Award damages of Rs.25,00,100/-
4. Directing the defendants to pay cost.

J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel for the plaintiff has made the following endorsement :-
“The plaintiff not pressed the suit, since the matter is settled out of Court. It is therefore prayed this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to refund the Court fees paid by the plaintiff”.
2. Recording the above endorsement, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Refund of one half of the Court fees is permitted.
