By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought that the respondent no.2 be directed to decide the appeal bearing Appeal No.02304/2019, Smt. Sunita Vs. State of U.P. for Arms license of the petitioner dated 22.10.2019, which is pending before the Commissioner Kanpur Region Kanpur Nagar, respondent no.2.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid appeal expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year in accordance with law unless there is any legal impediment.
