This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following reliefs;
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to hand over the possession of plot no. B-137, Sikendrabad or same size plot near Pari Chowk or in Tornica City.
ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to decide the applications 14.05.2018 and 18.05.2018 in favour of the petitioner."
Heard Sri Rishu Mishra and Sri Pankaj Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within the stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority ventilating his grievances within ten days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the said representation.
