Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad to decide Revision No. 1093 of 2016 (Sumitra Devi Vs. State of U.P. through Collector, Pratapgarh) filed under Section 333 of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950.
Without expressing any opinion into the merits of the case, the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad is directed to decide the aforesaid revision within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him after hearing the concerned parties in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid revision.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
