Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel Petitioner has approached this Court to expedite the proceeding of recall application dated 02.02.2021 against the order dated 29.07.2020 passed by the first respondent, Tehsildar/Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Hata, District Kushinagar, in Case No. RST/04169 of 2018 as Computer Case No. T201805440204169 (Sumitra Devi v. Maneesh) arising out u/s 35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 relating to Village Bhainsahi Bazar, Tappa Dedupar, Pargana Haweli , Tehsil Hata, District Kushinagar.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition stands disposed of directing the Court concerned to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment.
