The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 377/2012, expeditiously, within a time stipulated by this Court.
The suit is pending at the instance of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner is a senior citizen, and it is her earnest desire that the proceedings are finalised during her life time.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
