No.34/2017 of Sheshadripuram P.S., Bengaluru now pending on the file of the learned 56th A.C.M.M., Bengaluru for the offence P/U/S 380, 468, 471, 420 r/w 34 of IPC.
This Criminal Petition is coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that during the pendency of the present petition, certain development has taken place. Hence, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the dismissal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2018 does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
