This Court on 9.3.2006 passed an interim order staying the further proceedings in Criminal Case No. 2655 of 2005 under Sections 498A,323, 504, 506 IPC relating to Police Station Prem Nagar, District Jhansi pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. Court No. 7, Jhansi till the next date of listing only against the applicants. Further, trial in respect of other accused persons was not stayed.
A counter affidavit alongwith application for vacation of stay order was filed on 22.5.2006 to which no rejoinder affidavit has been filed till date. However, the stay order has not been extended on any date and it is no more in operation.
Accordingly, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution.
