Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly to decide the Misc. Case No.06 of 2018 (Smt. Suman Singh vs. Vikas) which is pending since 2018.
In view of above, the petition is disposed of by directing the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly to decide the Misc. Case No.06 of 2018 (Smt. Suman Singh vs. Vikas) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order or on or before 31st July, 2019 whichever is earlier, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
