After some argument, Sri Iqbal Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file better writ petition with better particulars mentioning the fact regarding the dispute, if any, going on between the parties.
Sri Anoop Kumar Mishra holding brief of Sri Alok Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-corporation does not have any objection to the same.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
