The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial court to expedite the disposal of Original Suit No.1646 of 2012 wherein the petitioners are defendants.
Counsel for the petitioners points out that effort for mediation in respect of interlocutory application has failed and now the matter is being fixed for recording of the remaining evidence.
Having regard to the said fact, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
