Sri Singh, learned counsel representing the contesting respondents has placed on the record instructions which are marked as 'X' of the purposes of identification. From those instructions, it is stated that all retiral dues which are found admittedly due and payable, shall be released in favour of the petitioner within a period of three months from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
The petition shall stand disposed of in light of the above.
