Sri Sunil Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that since filing of the present petition, the petitioners have not contacted him and, therefore, he is not in a position to produce the petitioner no.1 before the Court. He, accordingly, prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition, if the petitioners are so willing.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
