JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue suitable direction to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.31 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore within a stipulated time frame.
2. The petitioner/plaintiff is a Senior citizen aged about 85 years. The petitioner has filed a suit for maintenance against her own son.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/plaintiff is suffering from various ailments and already the petitioner is counting her days and in support of the same she filed her medical records.
4. Considering the age and the ailments of the petitioner/plaintiff, this Court is of the considered opinion that the suit filed by the petitioner/plaintiff is to be disposed of at the earliest. Therefore, a direction is given to the Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.31 of 2017, within a period of six month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
