An order has already been passed in favour of the petitioner in Writ - A No. 4843 of 2021 (Sukhram Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others). It is stated that direction given by this Court in the earlier writ petition, has been complied with only in part and amount of interest has not been paid. It is also urged that in this regard, petitioner again approached the authority concerned, but petitioner's representation has not yet been decided.
If that being so, remedy of the petitioner would lie elsewhere but a second writ petition for the same grievance would not be maintainable.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is consigned to records.
