This petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2017 for alternative medicine practice as prescribed by Council of Alternative Medical Science.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions would submit that in this case based on the complaint given by one Saravanan against the present petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and subsequently the same has been closed on 31.01.2017. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, there is no need to pass further orders in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No Costs.
