Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-Respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to constitute a Committee to enquire into the allegation against the respondent no.5.
The averments in the writ petition do not disclose specific allegation against the respondent no.5. The allegaion of financial irregularities is also vague. The names of the villagers who have been given the double benefit of Awas Yojana have also not been mentioned. The allegation with regard to the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana is also not spelt out. In the affidavit which has been filed alongwith the complaint also no specific particulars have been given. Averments of affidavit are also absolutely vague.
This is a vague writ petition and is accordingly dismissed.
