Learned counsel for the petitioner at the thresh-hold stated that the police report has already been filed as a consequence to the investigation in Case Crime No. 442 of 2017 pending investigation at Police Station- Rohinya, District- Varanasi pertaining to the offence under Section 302, 147, 148, 323, 504, 506 IPC.
In view of the statement given nothing survives in this petition for writ. The same is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
