This writ petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice dated 05.10.2020 issued by the Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Bijnor in case no.D20201316000( 1742/172) ( State Vs. Sudheer) under Section 3(1) of the U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970, Police Station Keeratpur District Bijnor.
By the impugned show cause notice, the petitioner has been required to submit reply. Proper course for the petitioner is to submit reply Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
