Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Kannauj to decide Case No. 487 of 2014, Sudhakar Lal and another Vs. Ram Autar and another within a stipulated period.
Case is of the year 2014. As such, I am not inclined to issue any such direction as prayed for in this petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application before the court below for expeditious disposal of the case, which shall be considered sympathetically according to the roster of the Court.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, this petition is finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
