JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.AY Kogje, learned advocate for the applicants seeks permission to amend the prayer clause 10(b), to show the correct number of criminal case. Permission granted.
Heard Mr.Kogje, learned advocate for the applicants, Mr.Qureshi, learned advocate for respondent No.2 and Mr.Raval, learned APP for the respondent No.1 - State and perused the relevant papers annexed with this petition. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the applicants, so also relevant papers annexed with this application, this Court is of the opinion that a detailed examination of the matter is required and, hence, rule, returnable on 22.02.2012. Mr.Raval, learned APP waives service of rule for respondent No.1 and Mr.Qureshi, learned advocate waives service of rule for respondent No.2. Till further order, the further proceedings of Criminal Case No.930 of 2010, pending in the Court of learned Addl.Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gandhidham, is stayed. The interim order passed vide order dated 25.1.2011 shall continue till further orders. D.S permitted.
