At the very outset, Sri Vinod Kumar Singh Parmar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not intend to press this appeal and it may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail the remedy available under the law.
Sri Prem Prakash Chaudhary, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made above by learned counsel for the appellant.
In view of the prayer made above, the appeal is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for.
