The order made in W.P.(MD).No.16231 of 2017, dated 29.08.2017, was on the basis of the representation of the petitioner suppressing serious dispute with regard to the conduct of festival between rival factions. Hence, the order dated 29.08.2017, made in W.P.(MD).No.16231 of 2017 is withdrawn.
2.The first and second respondents are directed to not to permit anyone to celebrate the Kodai festival of Arulmigu Malayandi Temple or other temples till such time, there is a consensus or a compromise in the manner that can be recoginsed in law.
3.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
