BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES
1. Vide order dated 28.03.2012, this Company Petition has been admitted. However, due to inadvertence, date of hearing is not mentioned in the said order, as rightly pointed out in the Note for Speaking to Minutes.
2. Hence, paragraph No.5 of the said order dated 28.03.2012 is substituted so as to read as under:-
"5. The petition shall be heard for final hearing on 15.06.2012. Hence, notice of winding up may be published in two newspapers, namely, 'DNA' in English, Ahmedabad Edition and 'Sambhav' in Gujarati, Ahmedabad Edition. Publication in the Government Gazette is dispensed with."
3. If the certified copy is not issued, the Registry is directed to substitute paragraph No.5 in the original order dated 28.03.2012.
4. With the above observations, the Note for Speaking to Minutes stands disposed of.
